Buyers of pumps and industrial equipment rarely know the model they need - they know the job. They had to call, describe it and wait. The team kept leads, invoices and bank details in separate places.

What was built

A two-language store where buyers describe the job and AI search finds the equipment, an AI chat that answers from the catalogue, video calls with the team from the product page, bank transfer to several accounts, and a back office with CRM and accounting. Technical SEO from day one.
